 Terms and Conditions governing your use of this website.

1. PRODUCTS

1.1 Mills in Bloom reserves the right to change all or some of the contents or packaging for all requested floral arrangements or gifts to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice.  All products are subject to availability.  Prices of goods on the website are subject to change without notice.

1.2 Flowers will often be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

1.3 Flowers and Plants may be harmful or poisonous, if you are unsure please contact us. Please do not eat the flowers and plants.

1.4 If Mills in Bloom are unable to supply the product selected or substitute product to you, we shall contact you as soon as possible and will reimburse your payment in full within 30 days of the intended delivery date.

2. PRICES.

2.1 Prices include VAT charged at the prevailing rate.

2.2 If you order flowers and gifts for the same delivery address, for the same delivery date only one charge will apply.

2.3 All our prices are quoted in pounds sterling.

3. ORDERS.

3.1  To effect delivery on the date required for Floral Arrangements, Wine, Champagne, Chocolates or Gifts - Mills in Bloom require complete  and accurate details of the recipient, including a full name, address details including postcode and contact telephone number.

3.2  Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given and payment cleared by the Merchant Service Provider we use. We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards and Paypal transactions, your payment is processed as soon as we receive your order,  order cancellations  -  within our cancellation terms will incur a minimum administration charge of £8.00  to cover charges imposed by the Merchant Services Companies we use to process your payment.  Orders over £100 will be charged at 15% of value. In additional any specific requirements will be charged for.

3.4  Prices shown are valid for a maximum of 28 days of submitting your order.

3.5  Mills in Bloom will send you an email confirming your order details. This email will be sent to the email address you have supplied us with upon you registration / order placement. It will include an order reference number for future correspondance.

3.6  Order for alcohol products can not be accepted from customers or be delivered to any recipient under the age of 18 years.

3.6a Orders for or including Wine or Champagne can only be delivered locally.

Under the Licensing Act of 1964 (UK) and 1976 (Scotland) it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy, or attempt to buy, alcoholic liquor.

Incorrect details provided lead to problems and delays, when placing an order ensure that you have included the full correct address and postcode or the intended recipient, your daytime telephone number or mobile number and email address.  We aim to complete the requested product and delivery correctly as ordered. We are at liberty to reimburse or compensate for a failure. This decision would be taken by Mills in Bloom only.

3.8  BY CLICKING THE PROCEED BUTTON ON THE ONLINE ORDER FORM,  ORDERING OVER THE PHONE AND VERIFYING YOUR DESCRIBED ORDER WITH THE SECURITY NUMBERS ON THE BACK OF THE PAYMENT CARD YOU USE  FOR PAYMENT -

YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

4. DELIVERY AND CHARGES.

LOCAL DELIVERY AREAS COVERED BY MILLS IN BLOOM ARE SOUTHAMPTON, WINCHESTER, BASINGSTOKE, NEWBURY, ANDOVER , ROMSEY & SALISBURY ADDRESSES.

4.1  Prices include VAT but exclude our delivery charges.  Same Day Local £7.95 - Next Day Local £7.95 - Non-local additional £4.95. Delivery to remote rural areas will be advised of additional delivery costs.

4.2  Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Bank Holidays (Mothers Day is the only exception and subject to specific delivery charges). International Orders can not be processed by this website please telephone for details.

4.3  We do not guarantee delivery times, the AM or PM preference is just that - a preference only. If the order is for a funeral then the item is delivered to the Funeral Directors 1-2 hours before the time given.( It is generaly  considered unacceptable to send funeral pieces to the home address).  We will always try to adhere to preferences wherever possible.

5.CANCELLATION POLICY.

5.1 The customer has the right to cancel an order without reason for Wine, Champagne and other non-perishable goods no later than 24 hours before the required delivery date, payments made by card will incur a handling charge of £8 for admin and to cover processing charges levied by Merchant Service Companies used  to process your payment.

5.2 The customer has the right to cancel an order  without reason for Bouquets and Floral Arrangements no later than 24 hours before the required delivery date, payments made by card will incur a handling charge of £8 for our admin and to cover processing charges levied by Merchant Service Companies used to process your payment.

To cancel or amend your order please contact us directly on UK 44 01962 861999. Our offices are open from 8.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am - 3.00pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Mills in Bloom are committed to providing you with the best possible service. If you are unhappy in any way with the service you have received please contact us. If we are satisfied that your complaint is genuine, a suitable replacement or refund may be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

DISCLAIMER.

We agree to use all reasonable effects to ensure that Mills in Bloom Website and Telephone Ordering is fully operational and error free,  we can not guarantee this. We accept no responsibilty or liabilty for defect or interruption to our services.

PRIVACY

Mills in Bloom will never share your personal information with any third parties without prior consent.

Our web transactions use the current Internet Security methods and technologies to secure your details. We password protect and use encription, firewalls are installed. We do not store customer payment details or records.
