Curtains are photographed at  our Winchester shop, in daylight and colours are as accurate as possible. Computer monitors can show different tones and colours. We will not refund because colour perception differs on receipt of goods. We sell  quality vintage/used curtains, marks or defects that effect the curtains, will be described honestly.  If possible we will upload photos.  Do not expect 'As New' curtains unless described as 'NEW'.  Wear and Tear is part of the 'Vintage Charm'.  We do not clean curtains prior to sale or at any time.  Sun fading is to be expected on linings and on the face fabric when described.  Prices reflect the condition.

We will send curtains by Courier or Royal Mail Standard Parcel service.  Postage costs include packaging and administration and form part of the point of sale.  We only refund on misquoted sizing if the mistake is ours, Sizes are quoted + / - 1 inch. Check your measuring before purchase, not after.   When you buy online you agree to these conditions and others detailed in our general terms. We accept paypal.  Curtains will be sent,  or collected from our shop only when payment has cleared usually 5 working days.
